Fried Egg Rice

  • 300 gram Basmati rice
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • 100 gram Frozen peas
  • 1 medium-sized Green paprika
  • 1 Little ones Tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 small vol. Coriander
  • 2 drops Lemon juice
  1. First cook rice
  2. Beat the eggs in a key with salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper and set aside
