Ingredients
- 460 g Paprika and onion slices with sultanas rice / yesterday's leftovers *)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 hefty prien Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 Pinches Mild curry powder
- 2 Small pickles
Instructions
Fried sultanas rice with paprika and onions
- The day before, mix / mix the rest of the sultana rice with the pepper and onion slices and store in the refrigerator. In a large pan, heat oil (2 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) and stir-fry the sultana rice with peppers and onion strips vigorously.
Fried egg:
- Place the fried eggs in a pan with oil (2 tbsp) and here: fry them with fried egg molds and season with a pinch of coarse sea salt from the mill and a pinch of mild curry powder.
Serve:
- Serve fried sultana rice with peppers and onions, garnished with a cucumber.
