Spicy Spaghetti Carbonara
The perfect spicy spaghetti carbonara recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 El Olive oil
- 100 g Peas frozen
- 60 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 75 g Cream 10% fat
- 3 Eggs
- Black pepper from the mill
- Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- In the meantime, finely chop the chilli and parsley. Finely dice the bacon and leave in a pan with the oil until crispy. Add the peas and chilli and heat in the pan.
- Whisk the Parmesan, cream and eggs in a bowl.
- Drain the pasta and mix quickly with the bacon in the pan. Add the cream cheese, mix everything well and serve immediately. Season with plenty of pepper and sprinkle with the parsley.
