Ingredients
 

  • 300 gram Basmati rice
  • 4 piece Free range eggs
  • 100 gram Frozen peas
  • 1 medium-sized Green paprika
  • 1 Little ones Tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 small vol. Coriander
  • 2 drops Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • First cook rice
  • Beat the eggs in a key with salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper and set aside
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the beaten eggs, fry as an omelette and cut the omelette
  • Heat the oil again in a pan, then dice the peppers, frozen peas, salt, and pepper for approx. 10 minutes and finally add the cooked rice, omelette and mix, then add lemon juice to taste - this brings a good taste and aroma
  • Finally, sprinkle or mix with the chopped coriander and small sliced ​​tomatoes
