Ingredients
- 300 gram Basmati rice
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 100 gram Frozen peas
- 1 medium-sized Green paprika
- 1 Little ones Tomatoes
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 small vol. Coriander
- 2 drops Lemon juice
Instructions
- First cook rice
- Beat the eggs in a key with salt, pepper, cumin and cayenne pepper and set aside
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the beaten eggs, fry as an omelette and cut the omelette
- Heat the oil again in a pan, then dice the peppers, frozen peas, salt, and pepper for approx. 10 minutes and finally add the cooked rice, omelette and mix, then add lemon juice to taste - this brings a good taste and aroma
- Finally, sprinkle or mix with the chopped coriander and small sliced tomatoes
