Green Tea Noodles with Shitake

The perfect green tea noodles with shitake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Green tea soba noodles
  • 6 Shitake mushrooms
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 2 El Raw cane sugar
  • 0,25 Tl Ginger powder
  • 0,25 Tl Chili sauce
  1. Cook the pasta for 5 minutes and drain.
  2. Bring the soy sauce, white wine, ginger powder and sugar to the boil. Quarter and add the shitake. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with chili sauce.
  3. Cut the spring onions into rings. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with spring onions.
