Vegan: Spelled Ribbon Noodles Fried with Green Beans and Iceberg Lettuce

The perfect vegan: spelled ribbon noodles fried with green beans and iceberg lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the iceberg lettuce

  • 4 handful Green beans
  • 30 g Alsan
  • 1 size Cut onion
  • 2 tsp My vegetable broth *
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Seasoning * – my-homemade-celery-salt
  • Salt-For-Seasoning the cooking water
  • 1 half Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1 tsp Homemade orange oil *
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water, drain and briefly rinse with cold water – in this case I will scare the noodles because they are still being fried.
  2. Cook the beans in salted water as well, or simmer in boiling water for about 3 minutes, place in a sieve and set aside.
  3. Heat Alsan in a pan, sear the onion in it and then add the beans and toss a few times. Now add the spelled ribbon noodles, season the whole thing a little and season to taste.

The iceberg lettuce

  1. 4 ….. halve and cut into narrow strips, place in a bowl, sprinkle with the vegetable stock, squeeze the lemon juice over it and add the oil just before serving, stir everything well.
