Green Tea Noodles with Shitake
The perfect green tea noodles with shitake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Green tea soba noodles
- 6 Shitake mushrooms
- 3 Spring onions
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml White wine
- 2 El Raw cane sugar
- 0,25 Tl Ginger powder
- 0,25 Tl Chili sauce
- Cook the pasta for 5 minutes and drain.
- Bring the soy sauce, white wine, ginger powder and sugar to the boil. Quarter and add the shitake. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with chili sauce.
- Cut the spring onions into rings. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with spring onions.
