Wild Garlic, Lemon and Mustard Butter

The perfect wild garlic, lemon and mustard butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Wild garlic leaves
  • 250 g Butter at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Grated lemon juice and zest
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Wash, dry and chop the wild garlic leaves
  2. Put the butter in a container, add the wild garlic and puree with the hand blender.
  3. Add mustard, lemon juice and zest to taste with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce.
  4. Now put it in the fridge and enjoy – Bon appetit; 🙂
