Lemon Wild Garlic Butter

The perfect lemon wild garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Wild garlic
  • 250 g Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 0,5 piece Lemon
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  1. Let the butter soften at room temperature. Wash the wild garlic, drain and finely chop.
  2. Mix the wild garlic well with the butter. Then work in mustard, lemon juice, a little lemon zest, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. To give the butter a particularly fine consistency, puree with a hand blender. Fill the finished butter into molds and put in a cool place.
