Lemon Wild Garlic Butter
The perfect lemon wild garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Wild garlic
- 250 g Butter
- 2 tablespoon Mustard
- 0,5 piece Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- Let the butter soften at room temperature. Wash the wild garlic, drain and finely chop.
- Mix the wild garlic well with the butter. Then work in mustard, lemon juice, a little lemon zest, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
- To give the butter a particularly fine consistency, puree with a hand blender. Fill the finished butter into molds and put in a cool place.
