Herbal Bread with Sheep Cheese

- 180 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 g Crumbled feta
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 tsp Thyme
- Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, top and bottom heat. Line the loaf pan 30 by 11 cm with baking paper. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt
- Beat the eggs with the oils and milk until frothy, mix in the flour-baking powder, cheese and herbs. Fill the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes. Take out the bread and let it cool down.
