Light, Filled Zucchini Boats

The perfect light, filled zucchini boats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Medium zucchini
  • 1 Handful Vegetables of your choice – I had imperial vegetables
  • 2 Discs Cooked ham
  • 1 Can Oro chunky tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Low-Fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Seasoned Salt
  1. Cut the zucchini in half and carefully scrape out the inside with a spoon.
  2. Finely dice the vegetables, zucchini meat and boiled ham (I then put it in the microwave for 5 minutes to cook) and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the chunky tomatoes with the milk and also with the salt. Season the pepper and herbs to taste and pour into an empty baking dish.
  4. Place the zucchinis in the mold and fill them with the ham and vegetables mixture, if you miss it, it doesn’t matter. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. The court only has 4PP in total. You can also use boiled rice for the filling, give it a try. Then just adjust the PP.
