Herbal Cod on Stir-fry Vegetables

The perfect herbal cod on stir-fry vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cod fillet fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Herbal mixture dried *
  • Salt
  • 1 piece Carrot
  • 0,5 piece Peppers yellow
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 0,5 piece Green zucchino
  • 2 piece Mushrooms brown
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0,5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce light
  • 1 teaspoon Peanut oil

Vegetable mix

  1. Clean / peel / clean all vegetables and cut into narrow strips.
