Herbal Cod on Stir-fry Vegetables
The perfect herbal cod on stir-fry vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cod fillet fresh
- 1 tablespoon Herbal mixture dried *
- Salt
- 1 piece Carrot
- 0,5 piece Peppers yellow
- 0,5 piece Red peppers
- 1 piece Onion
- 0,5 piece Green zucchino
- 2 piece Mushrooms brown
- Salt and pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 0,5 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce light
- 1 teaspoon Peanut oil
Vegetable mix
- Clean / peel / clean all vegetables and cut into narrow strips.
- Heat the oil in a wok pan and fry the vegetables in it. Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce and slowly steam everything until soft.
- Pat the fish dry, rub with salt and herb mixture and fry in a non-fat frying pan for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
