Mushroom Sauce with Bohemian Knedl
The perfect mushroom sauce with bohemian knedl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 1 kl. Onion
- Some white wine to pour on
- White wine to pour on
- Possibly some broth
- 1 tbsp Crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 tsp Flour smooth
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chopped parsley
- Clean the mushrooms with a brush and finely chop them, peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Let the oil get hot in a pan and sweat the onion in it, then briefly roast the mushrooms and pour some white wine on top of it. Deglaze with a little broth.
- Mix the creme fraiche or sour cream with the flour until smooth, add salt and pepper to the mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes. Before serving, add a little chopped parsley.
