Mushroom Sauce with Bohemian Knedl

The perfect mushroom sauce with bohemian knedl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 kl. Onion
  • Some white wine to pour on
  • White wine to pour on
  • Possibly some broth
  • 1 tbsp Crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 2 tsp Flour smooth
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a brush and finely chop them, peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Let the oil get hot in a pan and sweat the onion in it, then briefly roast the mushrooms and pour some white wine on top of it. Deglaze with a little broth.
  3. Mix the creme fraiche or sour cream with the flour until smooth, add salt and pepper to the mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes. Before serving, add a little chopped parsley.
  4. I have already made the Bohemian dumplings in my KB myself.
