Hawaiian Schnitzel on Tomato Rice
The perfect hawaiian schnitzel on tomato rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
FOR THE SCHNITZEL:
- 4 Chicken schnitzel
- 4 Sch. Pineapple
- 2 Sch. Cooked ham
- 2 Sch. Cheese
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
FOR THE RICE:
- 200 gr Rice
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Tomato juice hot
- Chives rolls for sprinkling
- Let rice soak in tomato juice and vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
- Salt and pepper the schnitzel and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes on both sides. Place in a baking dish.
- Top the schnitzel with a slice of pineapple and half a slice of ham and cheese. Bake in a preheated (200 degree) oven for 15 minutes.
- Spread the tomato rice on plates and place the schnitzel on top. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
