Hawaiian Schnitzel on Tomato Rice

The perfect hawaiian schnitzel on tomato rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

FOR THE SCHNITZEL:

  • 4 Chicken schnitzel
  • 4 Sch. Pineapple
  • 2 Sch. Cooked ham
  • 2 Sch. Cheese
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

FOR THE RICE:

  • 200 gr Rice
  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 ml Tomato juice hot
  • Chives rolls for sprinkling
  1. Let rice soak in tomato juice and vegetable stock for 20 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the schnitzel and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes on both sides. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Top the schnitzel with a slice of pineapple and half a slice of ham and cheese. Bake in a preheated (200 degree) oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Spread the tomato rice on plates and place the schnitzel on top. Sprinkle with chives rolls.
