  • 220 g Low fat quark
  • 220 g Greek yogurt 2% fat
  • 250 gr Fruit
  • Sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Mix quark and yoghurt to a creamy mass
  • Sweeten with sweetener to taste
  • Dice fruits (as required)
  • Layer the quark mixture alternately with the fruits in 2 glasses, done
  • A glass has 3pp, the Greek yoghurt with 2% fat you get at Lidl
