Cauliflower Mince Soup
The perfect cauliflower mince soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Cauliflower fresh
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 250 g Ground beef
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
- Chives fresh
- Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cook in vegetable stock for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the oil in a small pan and fry the ground beef in it. Season with salt & garip pepper. Put aside.
- Coarsely puree the cauliflower with the vegetable stock. Add the minced meat, season with curry, nutmeg and possibly also with seasoning salt and garip pepper.
- Top off with sour cream (except for 2 teaspoons)! Spread on bowls, add a teaspoon of sour cream and chives!
