Cauliflower Mince Soup

The perfect cauliflower mince soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Cauliflower fresh
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 tsp Curry
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • Chives fresh
  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Cook in vegetable stock for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a small pan and fry the ground beef in it. Season with salt & garip pepper. Put aside.
  3. Coarsely puree the cauliflower with the vegetable stock. Add the minced meat, season with curry, nutmeg and possibly also with seasoning salt and garip pepper.
  4. Top off with sour cream (except for 2 teaspoons)! Spread on bowls, add a teaspoon of sour cream and chives!
