Leek Vegetables with Jacket Potatoes

- 2 Leek
- 5 Diced carrots
- 4 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 50 g Liquid butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Stock cubes vegetable stock
- 1 kg Jacket potatoes, cooked and peeled
- Boil jacket potatoes in the pot with three quarters of water and cook for 25 minutes. Cut the leek into rings, dice the carrots and wash everything thoroughly. Hard-boil the eggs and peel them aside. Melt the butter in the saucepan, stir in the flour, add the poured stock and dilute with milk (still slightly thick) with salt, pepper, mustard, dice the eggs and stir in, then add the leek and carrots to the sauce and stir. Serve with jacket potatoes.
