Tofu and Vegetable Pan with Couscous

The perfect tofu and vegetable pan with couscous recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

tofu

  • 500 g Smoked tofu
  • 3 Pc. Garlic cloves

vegetables

  • 10 Pc. Mushrooms
  • 3 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 3 Pc. Zucchini

couscous

  • 500 g Couscous
  • 1 tbsp Butter

tofu

  1. Dice the smoked tofu as well or cut into strips and then fry it with oil (greed is not popular here!) In a pan and add salt, pepper and other spices, e.g. paprika, curry or turmeric for the color, and soy sauce to taste.

vegetables

  1. Wash and dice the vegetables or cut into strips or slices. Then fry vigorously with the garlic in olive oil. At the end just salt and pepper.

couscous

  1. You can get couscous in the supermarket as a pre-cooked product. To cook couscous, all you have to do is let the couscous soak in hot water (or broth). Then season to taste and refine with butter.
