Tofu and Vegetable Pan with Couscous
The perfect tofu and vegetable pan with couscous recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
tofu
- 500 g Smoked tofu
- 3 Pc. Garlic cloves
vegetables
- 10 Pc. Mushrooms
- 3 Pc. Eggplant fresh
- 3 Pc. Zucchini
couscous
- 500 g Couscous
- 1 tbsp Butter
tofu
- Dice the smoked tofu as well or cut into strips and then fry it with oil (greed is not popular here!) In a pan and add salt, pepper and other spices, e.g. paprika, curry or turmeric for the color, and soy sauce to taste.
vegetables
- Wash and dice the vegetables or cut into strips or slices. Then fry vigorously with the garlic in olive oil. At the end just salt and pepper.
couscous
- You can get couscous in the supermarket as a pre-cooked product. To cook couscous, all you have to do is let the couscous soak in hot water (or broth). Then season to taste and refine with butter.
