Colourful Pasta Salad
The perfect colourful pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g bunte Nudeln
- 350 g dicke Bohnen
- 3 Fleischtomaten
- 1 Glas getrocknete Tomaten in Kräuteröl
- 1 Bund Lauchzwiebeln
- 350 g Salami Pur Porc
- 3 tbsp weißen Balsamico
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Stalks of savory
- Thyme
- Lemon thyme or lemon balm
- Boil the noodles in hot water, place in a colander, pour cold water over them, then place in a large bowl
- Remove the skins from the beans, cut the spring onions into small rolls, thinly slice the salami, dice the beefsteak tomatoes and finely chop the dried tomatoes. Add everything to the pasta.
- Mix the white balsamic vinegar, the herbal oil from the glass, possibly a little olive oil, salt, pepper, finely chopped herbs and a pinch of sugar into a dressing.
- Add the dressing to the noodles and mix everything together. Let through for about 1 hour and then season again if necessary.
