Linguine (pasta) with Homemade Pesto

The perfect linguine (pasta) with homemade pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Linguine
  • 50 g Finely grated mountain cheese
  • 1 Peeled garlic clove
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • Salt
  • 60 g Basil leaves
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
  1. Cook the pasta according to the basic recipe.
  2. Finely puree the garlic clove, pine nuts, a little salt, basil leaves, olive oil and Parmesan.
  3. Drain and drain the pasta. Mix the pesto with the pasta. Serve sprinkled with mountain cheese.
