Doner Bread to Fill! or Eat Like That!
The perfect doner bread to fill! or eat like that! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 25 g Yeast fresh
- 125 ml Warm water / depending on the type of flour + –
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 500 g Spelled flour
To top:
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Sesame black
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Stir in the salt and oil. Add flour and knead everything well! I’ll let the bread maker do it! 🙂 Let it go for 45 minutes!
- Knead the dough again and divide into 4 parts. Form 4 flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it go for another 10 minutes!
- Brush with oil and put sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
- You can eat the bread as it is, with grilled or gratinated with cheese and tomatoes etc. etc.
