Doner Bread to Fill! or Eat Like That!

The perfect doner bread to fill! or eat like that! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Dough:

  • 25 g Yeast fresh
  • 125 ml Warm water / depending on the type of flour + –
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Spelled flour

To top:

  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame black

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Stir in the salt and oil. Add flour and knead everything well! I’ll let the bread maker do it! 🙂 Let it go for 45 minutes!
  2. Knead the dough again and divide into 4 parts. Form 4 flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let it go for another 10 minutes!
  3. Brush with oil and put sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. You can eat the bread as it is, with grilled or gratinated with cheese and tomatoes etc. etc.
