Baking: Fruity Marble Cake from Tray

- 5 piece Free range eggs
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 100 ml Milk
- 50 g Ground hazelnuts
- 4 cl Rum
- 2 teaspoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
- 1 teaspoon Dried orange peel
- 2 piece Vanilla pods
- 1 packet Blueberries frozen
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt and eggs until frothy. Add flour and baking powder and mix with the milk to form a batter.
- Divide the dough and mix one half with the nuts, cocoa and rum and the other half with the vanilla pulp and orange peel.
- Grease and crumble a rectangular springform pan (35 x 25) and first pour the light dough spoon by spoon and then the dark dough into the spaces in between. Crisscross the dough with a knife.
- Spread the blueberries on the dough and bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 35 – 40 minutes. (Toothpick sample)
- After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
