Baking: Tricolor Marble Cake

- 300 g Butter
- Or margarine
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 6 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 50 ml Cream
- Beat the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Beat eggs one by one. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in.
- Now divide the dough into 3 parts. Stir in one portion of the Nutella. Stir in another portion of cocoa and cream.
- Now fill the batter into a greased ring cake pan. (I first filled in the light, then the light brown and finally the dark brown dough.)
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 50-60 minutes (make a stick test).
- After a short cooling time, take it out of the mold and let it cool down completely.
