- 1 kg Thuringian Mett

- 2 packet Bacon slices

- 1. Clean and wash cauliflower, then cook for 6 minutes and rinse under cold water until cold. 2. Prepare the mince: soak the bread roll and squeeze it out well and add to the mince with a little breadcrumbs. Add the eggs, mustard and the onions, which have already been fried, to the mass. I don’t need to season my mince any further because it is seasoned in our region. 3. Put cauliflower nicely drained in a baking dish and distribute the mince nicely on it, then cover everything with bacon so that the mince is covered. 4. In the oven at 200 ° C for 1 hour. We had mashed potatoes and hollandaise sauce with it. Very fluffy and crispy the whole thing.
