Gyros Fried Noodle Pan
The perfect gyros fried noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Pork neck
- 2 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoon Gyros spice
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 3 Carrots
- 500 g Broccoli
- Salt
- Pepper
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 300 g Pasta penne
- Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into strips and place in a bowl –
- Peel the onion and garlic into rings or cubes and add to the meat.
- Mix the gyros spice with the oil, add to the meat, mix well and leave to marinate.
- In the meantime, peel the carrots, cut into slices, wash the broccoli and cut small florets from the stalk.
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat until golden, season with salt and pepper., Remove and keep warm.
- Now fry the vegetables vigorously in the hot frying fat, deglaze with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes and then remove from the pan.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and drain well
- Heat some butter in the pan and stir-fry the pasta in it.
- Add the meat and vegetables again, mix well and heat everything.
