Gyros Fried Noodle Pan

The perfect gyros fried noodle pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pork neck
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Gyros spice
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 3 Carrots
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 300 g Pasta penne
  1. Wash the meat, pat dry, cut into strips and place in a bowl –
  2. Peel the onion and garlic into rings or cubes and add to the meat.
  3. Mix the gyros spice with the oil, add to the meat, mix well and leave to marinate.
  4. In the meantime, peel the carrots, cut into slices, wash the broccoli and cut small florets from the stalk.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat until golden, season with salt and pepper., Remove and keep warm.
  6. Now fry the vegetables vigorously in the hot frying fat, deglaze with the stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes and then remove from the pan.
  7. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and drain well
  8. Heat some butter in the pan and stir-fry the pasta in it.
  9. Add the meat and vegetables again, mix well and heat everything.
