- 250 g Leftovers from cakes and / or cookies – here fruit stollen and amarena cherry cake
- 4 cl Rum
- 100 g Dark couverture
- Powdered sugar with orange peel
- Work the cake and / or cookie remnants into crumbs with the magic wand.
- Crush the couverture and add to the breadcrumbs together with the rum. Heat everything until the chocolate has melted and a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Put the mixture in a cool place. As soon as it has set, roll the cherry-sized balls and roll them in the orange powdered sugar.
- Store in a cool place – if you can.
- Tip 5: All dry cakes, cookies or gingerbread are suitable for this recipe. Thanks to the different ingredients, the confectionery tastes different every time.
