Stuffed Mushroom Heads with Ham and Cream Cheese
The perfect stuffed mushroom heads with ham and cream cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Pc. Large mushrooms
- 150 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 150 g Cream cheese with herbs
- 150 g Cooked ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g Grated cheese (any)
- Freshly chopped chives
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- Wash the mushrooms heads and remove the stems. Scrape out the lamellas with a teaspoon.
- Put 150g creme fraiche, 150g cream cheese in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. You can also add other spices, e.g. garlic. Mix everything well.
- Chop the onion and chives, dice the boiled ham. Add these ingredients to the mixture. Don’t forget to taste!
- Use a teaspoon to pour the mixture into the mushroom heads. (not too much, there shouldn’t be a “pile” at the end) 😉 Now sprinkle over the grated cheese as you like.
- On the grill or in the oven! Closed elec. Grill, medium Temperature approx. 35 min. Oven top and bottom heat average. Bake the rails at 160 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. – Please always check that they do not burn!
