Curd Pancakes
The perfect curd pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The dough
- 2 Pc. Egg
- 125 g Flour
- 0,25 liter Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 shot Oil
Curd filling
- 1 cups Quark
- 1 Pc. Bio lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Mix all ingredients together and bake in a hot pan until golden brown. Meanwhile prepare the quark cream and fill the finished pancake with it. To garnish, sprinkle with powdered sugar. And enjoy!
