Curd Pancakes

The perfect curd pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The dough

  • 2 Pc. Egg
  • 125 g Flour
  • 0,25 liter Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 shot Oil

Curd filling

  • 1 cups Quark
  • 1 Pc. Bio lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a hot pan until golden brown. Meanwhile prepare the quark cream and fill the finished pancake with it. To garnish, sprinkle with powdered sugar. And enjoy!
