- 150 g Sugar

- 250 g Quark
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 a cup Sour cream 10% fat
- 100 g Raisins
- Use the ingredients for the dough to make a smooth dough with a whisk and fry in a pan.
- Keep the butter at room temperature for the filling. Mix the butter and eggs, then sugar and then quark. Finally add the sour cream and raisins.
- Fill the pancakes with the filling and place in a mold in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
