Fine Coleslaw
The perfect fine coleslaw recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for dressing
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Sour apple
- 1 Carrot
- 1 half Chicory
- 2 el Inlaid capers from the glass
- 2 el Sweet mustard
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 50 ml Balsamic vinegar light
- 50 ml Orange juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tl Sugar
- 1 tl Caraway seed
- 1 el Dill freshly chopped
- 1 small Pitted chilli pepper
- all ingredients were cleaned and or pitted. The apple was allowed to keep its skin .. then i finely sliced everything with a fine grater .. i finely chopped the onion ..
- I put everything in a large bowl .. and stirred well. then I chopped the capers very finely and added them to the vegetables ..
- I mixed all the ingredients for the dressing very thoroughly .. the chilli pepper was pitted and finely chopped beforehand ..
- I gave this dressing over the vegetables .. I mashed the salad a few times with a potato masher .. I let the salad steep in the fridge for about 1 hour..hhhhmmmm-I can only say !!
