Quick Bulgur Salad-quick But Very Tasty

  • 1 Cup Bulgur
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Knobizehe chopped
  • 2 el Parsley fresh, chopped
  • 2 el Salt
  • 2 el Pepper
  • 2 el Chili powder
  • 1 el Mustard seeds
  • 1 el Butter
  • Olive oil for the pan
