Quick Bulgur Salad-quick But Very Tasty
The perfect quick bulgur salad-quick but very tasty recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cup Bulgur
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Onion
- 1 Knobizehe chopped
- 2 el Parsley fresh, chopped
- 2 el Salt
- 2 el Pepper
- 2 el Chili powder
- 1 el Mustard seeds
- 1 el Butter
- Olive oil for the pan
- Bring one part bulgur and 2 parts water to the boil in a small pot and add salt .. (according to the instructions on the package) stir constantly and do this on the lowest heat for about 8 minutes. then put aside.
- Finely chop the onion as well as the parsley and the garlic whey .. in a pan I let some olive oil warm up and fried the onion and garlic and the mustard seeds .. then the bulgur was added .. I stirred everything through ..
- I seasoned with the specified spices and finally added the parsley and the tablespoon of butter .. serve hot as a side dish …
