Cauliflower with Minced Meat Ring

  • 1 piece Cauliflower fresh
  • 2 Pc. Eggs size M.
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Pc. Vegetable onion
  • 250 ml Rama Cremefine 7%
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt pepper
  • 150 g Grated mozzarella
  1. Clean cauliflower and pre-cook for about 20 minutes. Season the minced meat well with pepper and salt, mustard and ketchup, knead in 2 eggs, chopped onions and breadcrumbs.
  2. Put the butter in a pan, sprinkle in the flour, season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with vegetable stock and bring to the boil until the sauce thickens, then stir in the cream and bring to the boil again.
  3. Place the cauliflower in the middle of a baking dish, shape the minced meat around it, spread the sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. There was also mashed potatoes !!! It also tastes very good with rice!
