Apple Fritters with Vanilla Ice Cream

- 125 g Flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 Apples
- 1 packet Vanillin
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream
- Mix the flour, sugar and salt. Whisk milk and eggs together and add, mix to a smooth batter. The consistency should be really mushy so that the dough sticks better.
- Peel the apples, cut into 1 cm thick slices, sprinkle with vanillin.
- Pull the apple slices through the batter and fry them in the pan while floating in hot fat. (3 min. Per side)
- Drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, ideally serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving.
