Pizza Funghi with Ham
The perfect pizza funghi with ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 0,75 Cup Lukewarm water
- 0,333333 Cup Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- 1 Glass Ready-Made tomato sauce e.g. Basil sauce from Norma
- 1 pack Mushrooms, fresh
- 3 Discs Ham
- 1 Small, green ones Paprika
- 2 pack Grated cheese
- Garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce for frying.
- Basil, marjoram, oregano, sweet paprika, some curry;
- Knead a yeast dough from the flour, yeast, water, oil, salt and sugar, cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes (I always put the bowl on the heater in winter 😉 )
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips, chop the peppers. Fry both vegetables with the above mentioned spices.
- Roll out the pizzas into a pancake per tray (works exactly with 2 trays), coat each tray with 3-5 tablespoons of sauce, then sprinkle with 1/2 pack of cheese per tray.
- Now distribute the roasted vegetables on both trays, chop the ham slices and distribute them on top.
- Now put another 1/2 pack of cheese on each tray, then season with the herb spices (see ingredients above). Bake at 180 degrees, top rail for about 15 minutes. Important: The bottom has to be through, but not crunchy, but still flexible, like with the pizza baker, the cheese has completely melted and has taken on a slightly golden note.
