Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • 50 ml Garlic oil
  • 250 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 100 g Ham cubes
  • Grated cheese and some olive oil to sprinkle on.

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water
  • Put the first 4 ingredients in a bowl, add the dissolved yeast and work everything into a smooth dough. Place the ham cubes loosely on top and let rise, covered, for 15 minutes.
  • After the 15 minutes, knead the dough together with the ham cubes and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Knead again and divide into 12 pieces. Shape the pieces into rolls and place on a baking tray. Moisten the rolls, sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle some olive oil over them. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° and bake the rolls for 15 minutes.
