Christmas Almond Chocolate Cookies

  • 4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 400 g Margarine soft
  • 4 Eggs size M
  • 250 g Powdered sugar
  • 400 g Ground almonds
  • 4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 4 cl Rum
  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 8 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Parchment paper

to make dough

  1. Mix the eggs, margarine, powdered sugar and rum to a smooth mass.
  2. Mix the almonds with the cinnamon, baking powder, flour and cocoa and slowly add to the egg margarine mixture and stir to form a smooth dough. Put the whole thing in the cold for about 12 hours.

to bake

  1. After cooling, put the mixture in a piping bag and spray on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now bake the whole thing at 160 ° C fan oven or 170 ° C oven for 10 minutes.

Glazing
