Christmas Almond Chocolate Cookies
The perfect christmas almond chocolate cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the glaze
- 4 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 400 g Margarine soft
- 4 Eggs size M
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 400 g Ground almonds
- 4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 4 cl Rum
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 8 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Parchment paper
to make dough
- Mix the eggs, margarine, powdered sugar and rum to a smooth mass.
- Mix the almonds with the cinnamon, baking powder, flour and cocoa and slowly add to the egg margarine mixture and stir to form a smooth dough. Put the whole thing in the cold for about 12 hours.
to bake
- After cooling, put the mixture in a piping bag and spray on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Now bake the whole thing at 160 ° C fan oven or 170 ° C oven for 10 minutes.
Glazing
- Mix the lemon juice and powdered sugar into a smooth mass and then apply it to the cookies while still warm with a brush or small piping bag. The whole results in about 100-120 cookies. If you want the whole thing without alcohol, you can of course use rum flavor
