Apple Fritters with Vanilla Sauce

- 0,2 l Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 4 tbsp Sugar

- Prepare a pancake batter from the dough ingredients. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- Peel and core the apples and cut into rings, sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Pull the apples through the batter and bake in fat.
