Stir-fry vegetables

  • 5 g Peeled garlic clove
  • 70 g Leek
  • 40 g Tomatoes red fresh
  • 25 g Tomatoes pickled in oil
  • 2 tbsp Pickled tomato oil

liquid

  • 70 ml Semi-Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Spices

  • 2 tsp Curry ketchup “Indira” from my KB
  • 1 tsp Dried tarragon
  • 0,75 tsp Colorful pepper
  • 0,25 tsp Dried ginger
  • 0,125 tsp Garlic salt

preparation

  1. Let the shrimp defrost … Finely chop the garlic … Clean the leek and cut into rings … Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut them into eighths … Degrease the dried tomatoes and cut into small pieces

Cook

  1. Heat the oil in a pan … Fry the garlic, leek and prawns for about 3 minutes and remove the prawns from the pan … Add the tomato pieces and fry for about 5 minutes … Deglaze with 40 ml of wine and reduce to half leave (approx. 3 minutes) … add the curry ketchup with spices and bring to the boil with 30 ml of wine … add the prawns again and simmer gently for approx. 5 minutes

Serve

  1. Put the vegetable pan with prawns on a flat plate and serve with toasted bread
