Toast Muffin with Bacon and Egg
The perfect toast muffin with bacon and egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Discs Type of toast to taste
- 6 Discs Breakfast bacon
- 6 Eggs
- 6 teaspoon Softened butter and some extra butter
- 6 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 1 Rolling pin / rolling pin
- 1 Muffin tin
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for top / bottom heat or 175 degrees for convection
- Grease the muffin tin.

- Roll out the toast slices thinly with the rolling pin.
- Brush with a teaspoon of soft butter each.
- Now press the butter side into the greased hollows of the muffin tin.
- Line the toast slices with the bacon.
- Carefully crack the eggs one by one and let them run on top of the bacon.
- Put the muffin tray in the oven and bake for a good 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
- Take the muffin tray out of the oven and let the toast rest a little longer.
- Carefully lift the toast muffin out of the hollows and arrange on plates. Season with salt and pepper.
- A mixed salad with it, delicious
