Ingredients
 

  • 2 Free range eggs
  • 2 slices Toast
  • Butter
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut out toast with a glass. Melt the butter in a pan, put in the toast, beat an egg into the hole, season with salt and pepper and let it harden. Enjoy immediately while still warm.
