Toast Muffin with Bacon and Egg

The perfect toast muffin with bacon and egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Discs Type of toast to taste
  • 6 Discs Breakfast bacon
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 teaspoon Softened butter and some extra butter
  • 6 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 Rolling pin / rolling pin
  • 1 Muffin tin

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for top / bottom heat or 175 degrees for convection
  2. Grease the muffin tin.

  1. Roll out the toast slices thinly with the rolling pin.
  2. Brush with a teaspoon of soft butter each.
  3. Now press the butter side into the greased hollows of the muffin tin.
  4. Line the toast slices with the bacon.
  5. Carefully crack the eggs one by one and let them run on top of the bacon.
  6. Put the muffin tray in the oven and bake for a good 20 minutes, depending on the oven.
  7. Take the muffin tray out of the oven and let the toast rest a little longer.
  8. Carefully lift the toast muffin out of the hollows and arrange on plates. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. A mixed salad with it, delicious
