Tortellini – Schnitzel Casserole

  • 1000 g Tortellini
  • 1600 g Turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp Herb butter
  • 8 small Onions
  • 4 Cloves of garlic, if you like

  • 800 g Cream
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • 400 g Grated cheese
  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package and drain. Finely chop the onions, garlic and parsley and sauté in the herb butter. Add the turkey breast cut into strips and fry well
