Fish Marinade
The perfect fish marinade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Cucumber water [from gherkins]
- 1 tbsp Brandy vinegar 5%
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dried dill
- 1 pinch Ground coriander
- 1 pinch Ground anise powder
- 1 pinch Ground allspice
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
Fish marinade:
- Measure out all ingredients and stir in a cup while cold.
Match with:
- Cold salmon cuts and smoked fish, green salad.
